How can you offer this return policy on eBooks? Well, I believe that most people are honest and aren't going to be requesting a refund unless they truly believe that the eBook wasn't worth the price. Of course, we do keep records and if there was a pattern of behavior from a particular individual we would naturally refuse future sales in such instances.
